Healthy in life way of life for me is how we strive to improve the quality of life better. Said healthy in life people is expensive, which is why everyone tried their best to obtain the body that always fit. Healthy in life really is not expensive if we know how to live a quality life. Only now are many people who are less able to enjoy healthy in life lives because of the density of everyday activities. Many people are losing time for a lunch or some people prefer to complete the work until late at night until bedtime reduced. Life or healthy in life like this is actually not good for the body. The body healthy in life becomes not get adequate nutrition when people do not regularly eat. The body can not get enough rest when sleep is not qualified. Healthy in life is the best way to avoid from disease.



The way to healthy in life is :



1. Rest Enough
If you are busy during the day, try to keep enough rest at night to win healthy in life. This break can be started with enough sleep. How many hours of sleep are healthy in life? Many researchers say that it's a good sleep 7 hours. What if it is difficult to sleep? Well here I want to convey that the break was not only to sleep, if you can not undergo sleep for 7 hours due to sleep disorders (insomnia), I suggest you to relaxation. Relaxation you can do such as drinking hot tea or hot chocolate, lie down, or take a shower with hot water. This relaxation can help you calm the mind. Once you begin to calm your mind can sleep easily. Then you can win healthy in life

2. Wake up in the morning
Like the people said do not oversleep to get healthy in life, I'll eat chicken sustenance. The words I often hear from my grandmother when I was a kid. It teaches 'sustenance' in the morning it was not solely the property, but also the clear air. The air is clear this is sustenance given by God freely to the health of our bodies. 3. Regular Exercise
Healthy in life will never be complete if there is no element of sport in it. Exercise makes your body become more fit. This sport can create toxins in the body through perspiration, so you do not need to use chemicals to do so. As you want, you can win healthy in life.

4. Select Menu Foods Healthy

Food for a healthy body is a balanced diet, this means that between fiber, carbohydrate and protein should be balanced.
